    Product Description

    The MM32F5260 is an MCU product equipped with a 32-bit Star-MC1 core based on the Arm v8-M architecture (compatible with Cortex-M33). It operates at a frequency of up to 120MHz and features a Floating Point Unit (FPU), Digital Signal Processing (DSP) unit, MindSwitch interconnect matrix, Configurable Logic Unit (CLU), and CORDIC trigonometric function accelerator, among other algorithm acceleration units. The MCU also integrates a wide range of peripheral modules and ample I/O ports.

    - 256KB Flash, 128KB RAM

    - FSMC + XIP Quad-SPI memory expansion interface

    - Up to 6x USART/LPUART, 3x SPI, 2x I2C

    - 1x Full-Speed USB, supporting both Device & Host modes

    - 2x FlexCAN modules, supporting CAN 2.0B

    - 2x Advanced Timers, 2x 3Msps 12-bit ADCs, supporting dual motor control

    - Low power consumption, with DeepStop mode leakage <20uA, and Standby mode leakage as low as 0.59uA

    - Operating voltage range of 2.0-5.5V, with 5V-tolerant I/O

    - Operating temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃

    - Available in LQFP48, LQFP64, and LQFP100 packages
